Open House for 1894 L D Link Blacksmith's Restored Bellows

The Open house will showcase a piece of Oak Harbor's early history, the newly restored 1894 L.D. Link blacksmith bellows.  Light refreshments will be served as you listen to stories from the descendants of Link himself along with family who had the foresight to save the bellows.  Immediately following the presentation, the new exhibit featuring the bellows, will be unveiled.  This project could not have been completed without the funding assistance provided by the State Library of Ohio, in partnership with the Ohio Preservation Council, LSTA Conservation and Preservation Grant and the excellent conservation work performed by the staff at ICA-Art Conservation of Cleveland, Ohio.
