Hoopla apps are available for IPhone and Android users and Hoopla also can be accessed on a computer at hoopladigital.com. Effective immediately we have increased the Hoopla borrowing limit to 8 checkouts a month. Movies and TV shows checked out on Hoopla can be viewed using a Roku or Chromecast and similar devices.
