The Friends of the Library and the Oak Harbor Public Library welcome Wistinghausen's Florist. Wistinghausen Florist and Greenhouse will share ideas for spring planting and answer questions about gardening on Wednesday April 23 at 5:30 in the library seating area upstairs.
